 Dr. Stenquist graduated from Arizona State University and then attended medical school at Ross University School of Medicine. During his Family Medicine Residency at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ, he served as Chief Resident, completed a fellowship in dementia with Hospice of the Valley, as well as in Primary Care Faculty Development at University of Arizona. His medical career has been spent in the East Valley optimizing his patient's health and chronic conditions with special interests and further training in skin procedures, joint injections, liver disease, dementia, and hospice care. He enjoys his free time with his wife and 4 children, playing pickleball, hiking, fishing, and snowboarding. Dr. Stenquist is conversational in Spanish and Portuguese. 

Dr. Goodman was born and raised in Mesa, AZ and is happy to be able to work in the community where he has such strong ties.  He graduated from Arizona State University and then went to medical school in Tennessee at Lincoln Memorial University - DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine.  While completing a Family Medicine Residency at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ he was able to manage all of the common chronic conditions seen in family medicine clinics as well as work with and treat patients from a variety of backgrounds.  In his spare time Dr. Goodman enjoys playing and watching all kinds of sports, camping, hiking, and outdoor cooking. 

 Dr. Germaine has been practicing medicine since 1985. Working at other facilities, he knew he always wanted to be at a practice where patient care came first, so in 2005, he started Family First Physicians. He has experienced significant success treating chronic conditions such as diabetes, COPD, hypertension and vascular disease.  He works closely with specialists to ensure that his patients receive the very best care.  

Dr. Germaine is fluent in Spanish and German. 

Kaitilin was born and raised in Arizona. She is a proud graduate of Northern Arizona University and Arizona State University. She has done several internships. Some are Skyline Medicine, Friendship Village Tempe, ASU Science is Fun Intern, Mayo Clinic Barrett Premedical Scholar Intern, and many more. She has worked hard to receive several licenses and certifications. Kaitlin enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves going to the beach and being outdoors 

 Chris is a born native to the great state of Arizona. He earned his Pre-Medicine Degree at Arizona State University and attended A.T. Still University for his Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. Chris is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Chris always knew he wanted to be a health care provider ever since he was young. His passion is helping people in the community achieve their personal best health. He believes in building positive relationships with patients and creating effective treatment plans to meet each individualized patient's need. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling with his family, volunteering in the community, and playing his guitar.
