Refill Requests

As of 11/1/2018, Family First Physicians will no longer refill prescriptions outside a scheduled appointment. 

Please plan accordingly! 

During your visit, your provider will determine the frequency at which you are to be seen and prescribe you medications as needed. During checkout, our medical assistants will schedule you a follow up appointment for your next refill.

If your pharmacy has a question about a refill, please have them call our office.

Our office will no longer be accepting faxed requests for prescriptions.
